Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Products must be returned in a resalable condition. 

Please take care when trying on products, for a return to be accepted it must be returned to us in the same condition as sent. This means being unworn (excluding trying on indoors), unwashed and with no damage.  

Custom made items such as ID tags, as well as Sale items are non-returnable. 

Please be aware we cannot cover the costs of return shipping, and your return of funds will not include your original shipping payment. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
